(CSE:GRCM, FSE:862 ) (\u201c<strong>Geologica<\/strong>\u201d or the \u201c<strong>Company<\/strong>\u201d) is pleased to announce the company intends to raise up to $350,000 from the issuance of Units.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Company intends to issue 10,000,000 Units at $0.035 per unit for total proceeds of $350,000 (the <strong>\u201cUnits\u201d<\/strong>) each Unit consists of a share and a whole warrant. Each warrant may be exercised for 1 (one) share for 2 (two) years from closing for $0.05.
