VANCOUVER,\u00a0BC, November 3, 2022 \u2013\u00a0Geologica Resource Corp. (CSE:GRCM) (\u201cGeologica\u201d or
the \u201cCompany\u201d) The Company announces that it has approved the grant of an aggregate of
1,125,000 stock options (the \u201cOptions\u201d) to purchase up to 1,125,000 common shares (the
\u201cShares\u201d) in the capital of the Company to its director\u2019s, officers and consultants of the
Company, in accordance with the Company\u2019s Stock Option Plan. The Options are exercisable for
a period of 5 years unless terminated pursuant to the terms of the stock option plan. The
Options are exercisable at $0.075 per Share.

Pursuant to the policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange, the Options are subject to a hold
period of four months from the date of the Option Grant.
