The Topley property is surrounded by operating mines and deposits with excellent infrastructure. The BPB is a very active area with major miners investing in junior explorers.

The Titan polymetallic rare critical minerals/copper/gold property enhanced with Antimony (Sb), Tellurium (Te) and Silver (Ag) located in the Atlin Mining District of British Columbia was acquired in 2024. Assays of rock samples from 2028 were overlimit for Antimony, Tellurium and Silver. Gold assay concentrations at the Titan have reached 62 g/t.

Geologica has optioned the Lincoln copper/gold property in the Atlin camp with a 100% earn in. The Lincoln Property is thought to have the potential of hosting lode gold mineralization. These claims contain similar geology to the producing Otter Creek gold claims 33km to the southwest. Otter Creek has been the recent focus of activity in the Atlin placer camp with the discovery of Lode Gold deposits. Atlin is area with many operating and past producing precious and base metal mines.
